Tara Butler

Director, Paraprofessional Services


Tara works with the Paraprofessionals nationally, ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

In her role, she coordinates career management, capacity management, performance management and talent development programs for Paraprofessionals.

Tara is responsible for implementing new technology, programs, policies and procedures to promote consistent practices. She also analyzes processes to maximize efficiency and increase productivity.

Tara has worked in the civil litigation field since 2004, and joined BLG as a law clerk in 2010. She has extensive experience handling accident benefit claims, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, various personal injury matters, product liability and professional liability. She has attended at both Trials and Arbitrations.
